BEE COUNTY
Pioneer Natural Resources of Irving has filed a permit to drill the No. 01h Mixon 01 to a depth of 21,000 feet in the Sugarkane (Eagle Ford) field. The horizontal well will be 2.66 miles southwest of Pawnee in the B. G. Ijams Survey A-202.
LIVE OAK COUNTY
Burlington Resources O&G of Houston has filed for a permit to drill a 12,500-foot horizontal well in the Sugarkane (Eagle Ford) field. The No. 1 Gomillion A will be 3.7 miles southwest of Whitsett in Section 16 of the GH&H RR Co Survey A-675.
MCMULLEN COUNTY
Aurora Resources of Corpus Christi has filed a permit to horizontally drill the No. 1H Hoskins EFS in the Eagleville (Eagle Ford-1) field. With a proposed total depth of 10,800 feet, the well will be 4.8 miles northeast of Tilden in the M. I. Castillo Survey A-167.
Chesapeake Operating of Oklahoma City has filed permits to drill two 14,000-foot-horizontal wells in the Eagleville (Eagle Ford-1) field. Both the No. H 1H and the No. I 3H Ralph Edwards will be 11.2 miles northeast of Tilden, with the No. H 1H to be in the Mrs. A. Friar Survey A-661 and the No. I 1H to be drilled in the Live Oak CSL Survey A-298.
Swift Energy Operating of Houston has filed a permit to horizontally drill the No. 2H Discher EF in the Hawkville (Eagleford Shale) field. The well, which has a proposed total depth of 12,500 feet, will be 7.9 miles northeast of Tilden in the G. Pittuck Survey No. 7 A-10.
Talisman Energy USA of Spring has filed a permit to drill the No. B 1H Goodridge to a depth of 13,500 feet in the Hawkville (Eagleford Shale) field. The horizontal well will be 14.2 miles southwest of Tilden in Section 7 of the HT&B RR Co Survey A-248.
REFUGIO COUNTY
The T-C Oil Co. of Refugio has filed a permit to drill a 5,000-foot well in the Anaqua (3100) field. The No. 15 Clay Pasture -B- State Unit will be 11.5 miles northwest of Tivoli in the J. Keating Survey A-40.
Salida Exploration, LLC, of Abilene has filed a permit to drill the No. 12 Roche in the Roche (6000 Sand) field. With a proposed total depth of 6,900 feet, the well will be 5 miles southwest of Woodsboro in the R. Downey Survey A-19.
Great Bay Operations of Portsmouth, NH, has filed a permit to drill a 5,900-foot well in the McFaddin (5600) field. The No. 20 Fagan will be 8.37 miles west of Tivoli in the J. Dunn Survey A-24.
